What are your long term goals for the City Of Richmond?

The city's comprehensive plan is a great place to start. If you review that document, it covers all areas of the city. I think it is important to have each department striving to stay on task and work to achieve each goal as it relates to them. An annual performance audit will let the citizens know what has been achieved and what work still needs to be done.
