Mr. Bryant, Are you aware that a city employee is driving a city vehicle using city gas to deliver doughnuts every morning? If elected, would you feel this is justified and if not, how would you deal with it?

I would have to know all of the details before determining if it were justified or not. Is the employee purchasing and delivering the donuts as part of a city function? A lot of businesses and organization provide coffee, juice, and donuts for meetings, seminars, and training. It’s a common business practice. Are they picking up donuts and delivering them to homes or using them for their own purpose. I would need to know all of the facts before I could determine how to deal with it, or if I evened needed to deal with it.
