Mrs. Smart, Are you aware that a city employee is driving a city vehicle using city gas to deliver doughnuts every morning? If elected, would you feel this is justified and if not, how would you deal with it?

One thing I learned a long time ago, there are two sides to every story and sometimes things are not aways the way they appear. I'm sure all of us could be more efficient and save money and resources if we really tried. When elected, I am certain all city employees will have to learn to be more efficient, work smarter and make the citizens tax dollar go farther. We are in a new economic time. I am not a fortune teller, but I can almost predict that in the future, the dollars will not be there. We MUST be resourceful.
