For Rita Smart: In reference to the last question it is important to be clear on the duties and responsibilities of those involved. In short this articles in error. Mike Russell who is the Community Development Director was responsible for all property maintenance complaints. He does not work in Codes anymore. Renee Banks is the nuisance inspector and handles tall grass, trash etc. She works in the Zoning Division not Codes! Codes at that time had nothing to do with those complaints or problems.
