Some how these figures don't jive. How was the alleged 52 million dollars received from tourism spent? And what were the 850 jobs? IF a business hired and fired say 5 people to fill one position I could understand. Or, were these jobs just temp jobs during fairs and craft related jobs. It matters not where the water on Jane-Brenwood comes from, rain or snow and ice melt would collect there too. How come the road beside Cracker Barrel has no catch basin in the low spot--where water around Berea runs--down the hill??? Was this plan as flawed as the improvements to 1016 next to the cemetary?
